Coming from the North or Northeast or Northwest areas of Winter Park/Sanford/Daytona/Apopka:

Take I-4 West, and exit at 84A-Colonial Dr/US17/92 to turn onto Ivanhoe Blvd. We are just south, at the corner of Orange Avenue and Marks Street. Please call for an appointment to view any of our available units.

Coming from the South area of Kissimmee/Disney

Take I-4 East to the Colonial Dr. exit – 84B – turning right on Colonial Dr, and then a left on Magnolia Ave. (this is a one way going north). Then you will take a left on Marks St, placing you directly in front of our building. Please call for an appointment to view any of our available units.
